Assistant of the Department of Internal and Family Medicine, allergist Anna Kovchun took part in the EAACI 2026 Congress – the largest European scientific forum in the field of allergology and clinical immunology, which was held this year in Istanbul.
4 scientific papers were presented within the framework of the congress, dedicated to the current problems of modern allergology. The results of research on the impact of war on the course of allergic diseases in patients from the Sumy region attracted particular attention of the international scientific community.
Participation in the event provided an opportunity to get acquainted with the latest world achievements in the field of allergology and clinical immunology, discuss the results of their own research with leading international experts, establish new professional contacts and identify promising areas of further scientific cooperation.
Presentation of research results at such a high international level is an important contribution to the popularization of Ukrainian medical science and the integration of domestic allergology into the global scientific space.
