On December 5–6, 2025, lecturers of the Department of Internal and Family Medicine of the Educational and Scientific Medical Institute, Associate Professor, PhD Bokova S. and Assistant, PhD Dudchenko Y. took part in the GP Chat conference, organized by the Academy of Family Medicine of Ukraine with the support of the Ukrainian-Swiss project “Development of Medical Education”, in the city of Kyiv.
As part of the two-day event, participants had the opportunity to join a special educational session dedicated to topical issues of family medicine in Ukraine. Attendees had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the latest clinical recommendations, innovative diagnostic methods and digital tools to improve the quality of primary health care. Lively discussions and exchange of experience contributed to the professional growth of specialists and the formation of interdisciplinary ties.
A special event of the conference was a master class on otoscopy, which was specially prepared for teachers of higher education institutions. During the practical session, participants had the opportunity to improve their otoscopic examination skills, discuss methodological aspects of teaching the topic, and exchange experience in implementing interactive teaching methods. Participation in such events contributes to the professional growth of teachers, the expansion of inter-university cooperation, and the introduction of innovative approaches to medical education.
