As part of the Ukrainian-Swiss project “Development of Medical Education”, Associate Professor of the Department of Internal and Family Medicine Iryna DUDCHENKO and Director of the Educational Scientific Medical Institute Andriy LOBODA, Associate Professor of the Department of Emergency Medical Aid and Disaster Medicine Yuriy BADION received grants and participated in the “Autumn School of Medical Education 2024”, which took place on October 9-12, 2024 in the city of Uzhhorod at the base Uzhhorod National University. The main topics of the school were: principles of functioning of the medical education system in Ukraine and EU countries and modern challenges, quality of medical education, mutual respect and dignity in the educational process, etc. In addition, within the framework of the school, our employees attended the workshops “Teaching skills”, “Conducting research by medical students and specialists”, “Leadership in medical higher education institutions”, “Mentoring in medical education”.
Iryna DUDCHENKO and director of ESMI Andriy LOBODA took part in the presentation of the manual “General practice – family medicine” on November 1, 2024 in Kyiv. During the event, the co-authors of the manual spoke in detail about the content of the manual and the way of its creation, shared personal and interesting stories.
