Our University held an annual competition “The Best Scientific and Pedagogical Workers of the University”, which is aimed at recognizing and encouraging talented teachers and scientists. This competition provides an opportunity to emphasize the contribution of teachers to the development of education and science, as well as their dedication to the cause and students. The competition brought together about 100 participants representing various departments and faculties. The evaluation was carried out according to various criteria, including scientific publications, participation in conferences, implementation of the latest teaching methods and student feedback.
This year, among the nominees were teachers from various departments who made significant efforts in their work. Among the nominees were three teachers of our department: PhD, Associate Professor Svitlana Bokova and PhD, Assistant Professor Yevhenii Dudchenko.PhD, Assistant Professor A.V. Kovchun was awarded a diploma. The colleagues received high marks and support from the students, and although they did not win, they were still recognized for their contribution to the educational process and sincere attitude towards students.
The competition was an important event for our university, emphasizing the importance of continuous development and improvement of scientific and pedagogical activities. It also provided an opportunity for students to recognize those teachers who truly inspire and help them achieve their educational goals.
This competition showed how important the interaction between students and teachers is, and also confirmed that our department is staffed with true professionals in their field.
